Price / performance for coffee very questionable (cup of Cafe Crema for € 4.50) and electronic payment only possible from € 15. Ice ball 1.20 € and ice ball "Premium" for 1.70 €. Why Premium? Was not recognizable in terms of taste. Very young staff was very poorly instructed. The cake was tasty

It's just the right thing for a trip, ice cream 🍦 and cake and coffee are delicious 😋 The service is good.

Waiting time for 2 sundaes and an iced coffee: 45 minutes. The price: the hammer😲😲. We were in Austria last week. The ice cream there is cheaper and of significantly better quality, including service. This iced coffee is part of the Goitsche rip-off. Never again.

The strawberry ice cream was good but the ball was much too small. I treated myself to a ball of cheesecake and threw it in the bin behind the house. First there was a long hair in the ice and the third bite was a piece of plastic in the ice. That totally spoiled my fun.

Service was not very friendly now and the balls in the street sale for 1.20 € in my opinion much too small! Tasty but ok

Very unfriendly service. There were four of us which immediately means 25-30 eur sales. The waitress didn't want to open the terrace (mind you: we're still in Corona times). So we all had to face increased risk. I was not allowed to place my order even though the waitress was already at our table because not all the people in our group were sitting at the table. How much more unfriendly is it? Please replace the staff. It's not like that.

Absolute disaster! The ball of ice 1.70 € ¿then smaller than it can hardly be. Bored and unfriendly service ... Pretty much the worst thing I've ever seen ....

The ice cream tastes delicious. Stayed there three days in a row.

It was okay, but I ate better. The service was friendly but could be improved in terms of coordination. It was an ice cream, a piece of warm cake and a crepes ordered, everything arrived one after the other with a 5 minute interval. The cake was cold again when the crepes were on the table.

The ice cream parlor is very nice and the ice cream tastes very good too. The service was rather excited talking to each other than picking up the orders of the people. (We had to wait more than 10 minutes for that) Then we unfortunately had to wait about 10 minutes for the bill after we had asked for this. The couple at the next table waited about 15 minutes and that although nothing was going on. Apart from the slow service I can recommend the ice cream parlor.

Very lame service! 😬In the prices you should be able to expect that the ingredients, such. Eggnog, not be extremely diluted. Not to be recommended.👎👎👎Then you prefer to walk a bit further to the coffee roasting !!! 👉

The visit to the ice cream parlor Matteo was worth it. Ice cream sundae was sufficient, but not completely perfect. There is an offer for young and old. Staff friendly and attentive. What should possibly be considered is the division and placement of the tables outside. A better and thoughtful concept would also be more effective for the conditions. Since it is on the water and can also get fresh, you should lay down blankets. On the whole, the atmosphere by the water and a delicious ice cream are a good combination. However, everyone should try it out for themselves :).

Four people with toddler and dog have found a nice place outside. The staff was friendly and served us well. A milk coffee for € 4.20 is not the cheapest option, but it was a large cup and the taste was really good. Like the ice cream 🍦 was very tasty. Gladly again...
